The past week or so hasn’t been easy for Dallas Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott. Not only is his team struggling to win games, he’s dealing with a hamstring injury that could force him to miss the rest of the season.
According to ESPN’s Adam Schefter, the Cowboys are waiting for Prescott to get a final opinion on his injury. If the doctors recommend surgery, he’ll miss the remainder of the season since the recovery timeline would be upwards of four months. Obviously, that’d be a crushing blow to “America’s Team.”
Despite all the adversity he’s dealt with of late, Prescott refuses to let it affect what’s really important: family.
On Saturday morning, Prescott posted a heartfelt message on Instagram for his fiancée, Sarah Jane Ramos.
“Happy birthday to my fiancée,” Prescott wrote. “Blessed to spend every second we get together. Me & MJ are lucky to have you!”
Prescott and Ramos have been together since 2023. They announced their engagement this past October. Back in February, the happy couple welcomed their daughter, Margaret Jane, into the world.
“MJ Rose, Being your parents is the biggest blessing life has to offer and we are so fortunate that you are ours! Welcome into this world, baby girl, you will always be loved and protected! We are so IN LOVE with you,” they wrote on Instagram.
We’re not sure if the birthday celebrations for Ramos have been derailed by Prescott’s injury.
That being said, Prescott is about to have a lot of free time on his hands.
